All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. For made-to-order or limited-edition pieces, processing timelines may vary and will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (United Kingdom): 3–8 business days
    International: 3–20 business days (depending on destination)
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on select orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take great care in ensuring the quality of every Craftrobe product. If something isn’t right, here’s how we help.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order or customised products
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)
  • Innerwear, accessories, or personal-use items (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are subject to availability
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part
